You certify that you are requesting this search for a legitimate, lawful purpose and will not use the report for stalking, harassment, identity theft, discrimination, or any other unlawful purpose. You certify that you have obtained the searched person's authorization whenever federal, state, or local law requires it, and that the information you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

Command Center Technologies compiles and provides available source information to the requesting party. We do not make hiring, housing, credit, insurance, licensing, or other eligibility decisions. A report may contain incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate source information and must not be treated as a substitute for independent verification.

If the report is used for employment, housing, credit, insurance, or another purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar law, you are solely responsible for all required disclosures, written authorization, certifications, notices, dispute rights, and pre-adverse and adverse-action procedures.
