Command Center Technologies uses information you provide to answer inquiries, prepare project quotes, fulfill orders, support purchased equipment, and process services you request.

Background check information

When you request a background check, we collect the requester's contact information, certified purpose and authorization, and the identifying details supplied for the person being searched. Those details may include name, date of birth, address, contact information, Social Security number, and driver's-license information.

Background-check intake data is encrypted before storage in AWS and is available only to authorized administrators. Sensitive subject identifiers are not sent to Square. Request records are configured to expire after one year, although AWS deletion may occur after the expiration time rather than immediately. We may retain limited records longer when required for legal, accounting, dispute, or compliance purposes.

Payments

Payments are completed through Square. Payment-card details are entered on Square’s hosted checkout and are not collected by this website. We provide Square with the requester's email address, service description, amount, and request reference needed to complete and reconcile payment.

To ask about information associated with an order, inquiry, or background-check request—or to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable—email sales@commandcentertechnologies.com. Legal and operational requirements may limit deletion.
