Terms of sale and service

Product availability, specifications, services, and pricing are subject to confirmation. A completed checkout is subject to payment approval and order or service-request acceptance.

Background check requests

A requester must have a lawful permissible purpose, provide accurate identifying information, and obtain the searched person's authorization whenever required. Employment, housing, credit, insurance, and other regulated uses are subject to compliance review and may require additional documentation. Command Center Technologies provides available information to the requester and does not make eligibility or hiring decisions. Reports may contain incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate source information and possible matches must be independently verified. Requests that cannot legally be fulfilled will be canceled and refunded.

System suitability

Customers are responsible for confirming that products meet their installation, compatibility, licensing, and local regulatory requirements. Our design team can help review a proposed system before purchase.

Special-order, configured, or freight items may have additional terms disclosed in the project quote.
